At Zenetic Life, we are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all people, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to make our website as accessible as possible and continuously work toward improving the user experience for everyone.

Accessibility Standards

 

Zenetic Life aims to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines help make content more accessible to a wider range of people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

We used the Wix Accessibility Wizard to evaluate and implement necessary adjustments across the site. Where needed, we have applied manual edits to ensure further conformance.

Site Content and Structure

• The site language has been properly set to English to ensure screen readers interpret content correctly.

• We have manually reviewed and adjusted the content order of all key pages to ensure logical navigation via keyboard or assistive technologies.

• A proper heading hierarchy (H1–H6) has been implemented for all page sections to support screen reader navigation.

 

Media, Files, and Animation

• All images include descriptive alternative (alt) text where applicable.

• Our color combinations have been tested to meet or exceed the minimum contrast ratio required under WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

• Motion and animation effects have been reviewed and reduced where they could be disturbing to users with vestibular disorders.

• Videos include basic accessibility features (e.g., player controls), and we are working toward adding captions and transcripts for all media.

• Documents available on the site (e.g., PDFs or downloadable resources) are designed to be screen reader-friendly when possible.

 

Known Limitations

 

Some third-party tools or embedded services (e.g., affiliate link platforms, video players, or analytics services) may not fully conform to WCAG standards. We are working to identify alternatives or provide workarounds where appropriate.

Physical Accessibility

 

Zenetic Life currently operates solely online. Should we establish a physical business location in the future, we are committed to ensuring it is accessible to all visitors and will update this section accordingly.
